- Direct QSL cards will be returned under the following conditions
ITALY: 1 USD + SAE
EUROPE + ISRAEL = 2 USD + SAE
USA, AFRICA,ASIA= 3 USD + SAE
OCEANIA = 4 USD + SAE
- In case the donation will be not enough we will send our card via bureau.
